CREATIVE COLLAGE WORKSHOP with HIROKO SHIKASHIO |
|
|
| |
Find a new and interesting way to create collages from ordinary materials that are around you. It could be your new discovery in creative expressions, as well as picking gems among something you thought useless. Work through fun ways to create collage works and experience the joy of magic in colors, cultivating new sensitivities in design and texture. Let your imagination fly and be inspired by working with others.
Bring inspirational materials such as different textured papers and color, paintings, drawings and photographs, threads and fabrics, art magazines, wall paper and found objects (feather, dried leaves, etc.). Material that attracts you and takes you to creative imagination works best!
Hiroko has works that have been exhibited in both one person and group shows, including Happy White Gallery, SoHo Galleries in New York City, Kawakami Gallery in Tokyo, and Yu-Art Gallery in Nagano Japan. Her collage works are published in the book, “New Art International” 2001 |
