Description:Ever wonder how one achieves those amazing blues, oranges, and reds in a pit fire piece? This class will address these particular challanges and special materials needed will be �provided to give your pots that vibrant effect you�ve been looking for. Each participant may use 2 1/2 cubic ft, of space, although students may purchase more than one space if desired. Please bring sturdy, bone dry pieces made from a white clay body to the first class. Jason Fong is an award winning potter, and the pottery shop manager at SCAA. He has many years of experience working in clay studios.
