Description: When we get conditioned by everyday ‘reality’ we mostly spend our time and energy solving the day’s problems and not in creative expression.  For artists, especially, finding time for and connection to inspiration can be frustrating, while the mind’s chattering - trying to solve problems leaves us no room to settle in when we do get ready.

The Diary Practice, created by Tantra Maat, is a writing system, like a word puzzle, that returns us to our intuition (in-tune-ness) with creation, and can be taught in an afternoon; Out of the conditioned mind and into the mind of Creation.

Vivienne Turkington is a Resonance Repatterning Practitioner, with a practice at All That Matters, Wakefield. She is currently a student of Tantra Maat, committed to restoring us back into our right mind.
