This is an introductory class covering the nature of clay, hand building techniques, wheel throwing, and basic glazing.
John has been teaching students to throw for many years. He works out of his studio in Pawtucket, and has won many awards for his ceramics both locally and nationally.   Jason is the pottery shop manager at the SCAA, and an award winning potter who has many years of experience working with clay and teaching students.
