We currently have one of our studios available. It's a large room on the south side of the second floor, with a fireplace, painted wood floor, good lighting, closet space and large windows. It rents for $250 a month, all utilities are included.

There are a total of nineart studios in the Helme House now, rents range from $125 (11'x14') to $250 (16'x25') a month, and all utilities are included. Studios are perfect for painting, and drawing uses, and we promote a quiet and peaceful atmosphere in which to do your work.

Please stop by to take a tour of the studios if you think you might be interested in a space. All rentals are month-to-month and we are currently accepting reservations for future vacancies.

All studios have access 7 days, 8 am to 11 pm, with a key to front door, central heat, access to kitchen with small refrigerator, and microwave. Shared bathrooms. No live ins, no smoking. Easy parking on the premises.

Membership of the SCAA ($60 a year) required to be a studio renter.
