There are nine artist studios for rent in two sizes.

Studios are for artists working in non-clay, non-stone/wood carving uses only. Painting, drawing, textile, and electronic media are all fine.

$250 a month, utilities included, for  16’ x 14’ spaces which offer large windows, wood floors, some with a fireplace and mantle, easy parking, and month to month rent. Shared bathrooms and kitchen. Clean and quiet spaces for artist use only; no live-ins and no smoking. 5 large studios in the building.

$175 a month, utilities included, for  11’ x 14’ spaces which offer large windows, wood floors, easy parking, and month to month rent.  Shared bathrooms and kitchen. Clean and quiet spaces for artist use only; no live-ins and no smoking.  4 small studios in the building.

WiFi access is available from all studios.
