Pottery II One Spot Left
This advanced level of ceramics gives students the skills to create their own ceramic works. In this course, students will continue developing their throwing and/or hand building skills by focusing on making multiples of a particular form, such as a mug or bowl. Additionally students will also learn how to build larger forms by adding two or more forms together. They will also create interesting surfaces by learning various methods such as stenciling, carving, sgraffito, and Mishima.
Elizabeth received her MFA in Ceramics from RISD and has taught at various high schools and colleges in the northeast for over 20 years.
