Erica O'Connell

Erica O'Connell attended The University of Rhode Island and received degrees for Art and Psychology. She then went on to attend graduate school at Naropa University in Colorado for Transpersonal Art Therapy. Erica's personal work as an artist was most often in clay and textiles. Erica recently returned to her home state of Rhode Island and is excited to be a part of the local community. She currently works full-time as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Holistic Heart in Warwick, RI. Erica is passionate about art being accessible and enjoyable to all people, and that the process of creating is a powerful tool for healing. She is excited to be able to offer art-making outside of the therapy space and be a support in integrating art and wellness.
