Lynne Moulton has been making wood art since 2013 when she bought her first saw.
A recent transplant from upstate NY, she now works out of her basement woodshop in East Greenwich and has been an enthusiastic member of the South County Art Association community for several years. Moulton makes representational images she calls wood mosaics of landscapes in addition to scroll saw
works based on flowers and leaves. She also likes to experiment with abstract constructions using leftovers from various projects. All of her work is made with scrap and reclaimed wood, much of it coming from her family’s tree farm in Maine.
