Nancy Lyon has had her hands in Clay and has been teaching others for many years. Inspired by nature, colors, texture, and the art of surprise, Nancy‘s work reflects her interest and inspiration.
She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Rhode Island College, a K-12 Art Education Certification, a certificate of Expressive Arts from Salve Regina University, and has trained with Peace Love Studios in the expressive arts.
Nancy’s philosophy that everyone is creative, everyone can learn and we all start from where we are, is embedded in her teaching style. “Sometimes we just need to get out of our own way in order to express ourselves authentically.”
