Are you ready to move beyond simple round pots towards more complex forms? Want to make a larger vase or a hexagon shaped jar? Well then, this class is for you. Students will throw basic pottery forms on the wheel and then explore ways of altering them with various methods such as adding vessels together and manipulating the walls to add volume. Create both functional and or sculptural forms. Knowledge of throwing cylinders and bowls is a must.
