To survive winter, it's important to see the light at the end of the very cold tunnel. In this class students will learn the basics of designing beautiful and functional lamps.
In the first class we will go through techniques and logistics of creating lamps from clay. Students will then have five weeks to build, ornament and glaze fire their lamps as they see fit. In the second class, students will assemble, wire and test out their lamps. The lamp hardware kits for wiring and testing are included in the workshop cost, however lamp shades are not included. Prior clay experience required.
