June Gardens Plein Air | June 11th
En Plein Air painting is a wonderful way of exploring your relationship to site, observing light and finding the best composition. Join Burl and paint the exquisite June gardens of Marilyn and Steve Aronow for a late afternoon of painting in this exquisite locale. Open to all mediums … bring your oils, watercolors, charcoals and/or pencils. Also, bring two or three small canvases to work on to accommodate the changing light. The goal is to make quick studies that can later be translated into larger paintings.
This opportunity is made possible by Marilyn Aronow, a member and supporter of the SCAA. This provides a wonderful opportunity to paint Marilyn's extraordinary gardens, learn from each other and share your work, a friendly group critique will be available at the end. Directions to the site will be provided upon registration.
