Blue Poppy Bouquet in Watercolor, Gouache & "Gold Leaf" | Zoom & Self-Paced | April 11
In this project based class, students will watch weekly, step-by-step instructional videos, following along with Christine to compose and paint a loose bouquet of mixed flowers using watercolors, gouache on grey toned paper. Gold metallic watercolor is used last to mimic the look of gold leaf, which adds an interesting contrast and is fun to use. As each week progresses, students will photograph their progress and upload the photos into the shared online classroom Eduflow (Christine will help with this). Students will meet weekly together on Zoom to share and review their work, get teacher feedback, ask questions and learn from other students in a friendly, supportive manner.
