Working from photos we will paint in either oils or acrylics or both to create landscapes in the impressionist tradition that have the look of plein air. This class is suitable for beginners or intermediate painters. Instruction will be through demonstrations and individual critique. I will teach clear and simple to follow method for starting paintings that will give students a good foundation for individualizing and finishing their work.
