This two day, hands-on workshop will study multiple ways to alter our ceramic forms into new shapes. Focusing on slab construction, a variety of methods of cutting and darting will be considered to add gesture and movement to the pieces. Then different surface design techniques will be explored to create multi-faceted, highly textured work.
